Our quality assurance system and our manufacturing process are subject to continuous improvement.  The consistently high standard of our products is thereby ensured.  Both production techniques and organizational procedures conform in full to the requirements of ISO9002 standards.

 

A force is involved whenever a change takes place in the movement or form of an object.

Technology, including wheels and casters, is used to apply this force.  The wheel represents the oldest and simplest technological means of moving objects.

Diverse technological solutions are employed in wheels and casters.  The width and diameter of a wheel, for example, determines its roll resistance.  A high load capacity requires a safe load bearing surface.  Mobility is determined essentially by the swivel and axle bearings.  And the life span is determined by the materials used, together with quality of workmanship.  This simply means that usability and durability of the casters and wheels is dependent upon selection of correct materials.

Development is the first step prior to the production of our caster system. Our in-house design and development departments lay the foundation of the quality for which Sunny is renowned throughout the world.

Optimum performance, a long life span, and maximum safety are the key principles according to which our products are manufactured.  To us, intensive product care means a continual search for new products, but continues in the procedures and equipment chosen for production.

Computer-aided production facilities put in new technologies directly into production.  The result: Sunny's wheel and caster systems, manufacturing using pioneering technologies and materials which will continue to be up-to date for years to come.
